Found tripped, 40 amp breaker located in the garage. Performed testing and found that the compressor is internally shorted. New compressor will be ordered and office will schedule a return visit for compressor installation when received.

Warranty - system was missing the cap on the clean out tee for the condensation line. Installed cap on drain line. Also removed 18x20x1 filter at air handler filter rack. Customer uses the 20x20x1 filter return grill in the hallway.

Arrived and discussed issues with customer. Found indoor unit running and safeties not tripped. Went outside and found outdoor unit in normally operation but not getting correct voltage. Fuse was blown for the outdoor unit disconnect , customer had correct fuse for the unit. Replaced fuse and system came on and is cooling correctly.

Performed single system maintenance. Replaced 20 x 20 x 1 filter cleared and treated condensate drain line that runs into the yard somewhere. Inspected electrical connections in components. Inspected refrigerant Level while system operating and cooling mode. Cleaned outdoor condensing coil. System is Operating properly at this time.

Completed one ccm maintenance on air handler heat pump located in attic i checked thermostat operations I did not change filter at this time it was still good. checked emergency heat strips and blower amps, checked overall cleanliness of unit system had uv light installed still operational. Outside I checked fan motor amps, capacitor mfd and Freon levels in heating mode. System operating normally at this time. Pics in ST.
