Single system cooling maintenance. Replaced 20 x 20 x 5 filter. Filter typically needs and gets replaced every visit.. Cleared and treated condensate. Drain line and pump with chlorinated tablets. Inspected electrical connections and components. Inspected refrigerant level. Cleaned outdoor condensing coil. System is operating properly.

Perform inspection and maintenance on one basement heat pump unit and one outdoor condensing unit. Treated drain line and condensation pump, and changed filter. Inspected operation of emergency heat strips and blower amperage. Inspected outdoor condensing fan motor amperage, capacitor, and Freon level. All measurements taken are within specifications. The system is functioning normally at this time Also checked the 20x20x5

I performed a cooling maintenance on a single heat pump air handler I replaced the 20x20x5 filter I checked all electrical components and checked the temp drop and cleaned the drain line and I checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitor and cleaned the outside unit everything is in good working order at this time.
