you're asking me to give you feedback on Christian Rice, he did not perform the work. O my God do you even know who you sent here?
Good service plan
On time, professional, answered questions, seemed very knowledgeable
Came out same day to give an estimate for a whole new system. No pressure to buy or up sale on more expensive systems. Helped keep house cool until new system could be installed. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure my family stayed cool without breaking the bank. Crew came out as soon as possible, worked very efficiently. Got finished with everything before the house had time to get hot again. I would highly recommend Comfort Solutions to everyone I know.
Jason handled a new HVAC system in a new home I built. We had several conversations regarding my options, his recommendations and pricing. I also contacted at least 3 other local HVAC contractors. For the quality of the equipment, Comfort Solutions was the clear choice. Comfort Solutions then exceeded my expectations with the actual installation. Great Work!
The tech they sent to look at our HVAC arrived on time, was genuinely friendly, and explained everything well.

Replace both blower and dual capacitor for the upstairs system
Upstairs System Apparently has had a small leak at some time. We topped it off in the spring and worked fine all summer according to the customer. 16x25x1 Filter needed to be changed. Blower housing very dusty. The heat sequence started properly after technician cleaned the flame sensor. The burners are slightly warped due to the gas valve stub out not being supported causing some erratic rollback on flame burners. Technician helped it out a little bit but it will need to be supported to avoid future rollout issues. (Picture attached) Technician noticed blower was running high amperage, factory specifications calls for 5.6 amps Max, system was running at 5.7. 10uf single capacitor had a 7.6uf draw. Low capacitor microfarads combined with dirty blower wheel (picture attached) is what is causing such high stress and amperage to blower motor. Will become a problem in future if repairs aren’t made. Upflow Drain Pan in attic doesn’t have an overflow shutoff switch. For a system that
Checked operations the door was not on properly so I put it back on and everything starting working. Homeowner said he took it off bc it was not working. Let the system run to checked pressures and Freon was fine, could not find any issues at this time.
Customer just wanted a quote on replacement. Estimate has been emailed to customer

Customer decided to replace it and unit is now working properly Also made customer aware about units age but customer wants to wait a little longer To change it out and once that time comes we will reimburse the blower capacitor
