I performed a maintenance on a single heat pump air handler unit I put in a 18x20x1 filter I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rise and checked and cleaned the coils and checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitor everything is in good working order at this time I do recommend replacing the unit at some point dew to the age of the unit and it is an R22 and they don’t make those any more.
Completed one ccm maintenance on furnace located in attic changed 1 16x25x1 filter cleared pressure tube I cleaned flame sensor I inspected gas and exhaust to ensure they were in good order and safe to operate I checked exhaust fan and blower motor amps to make sure they were within specifications. Informed customer of rusted pan underneath evap coil. I fired unit up and watched run brought whole home up to temp.
Install new txv for e ton air handler (part warranty only)
Performed inspection and found a bad TXV on the indoor air handler, checked refrigerant levels and they were at 475/50. Checked full system operations and the indoor fan and outdoor fan was running high on amps but most likely fine.told customer to keep an eye on it.
