It is very dirty due to its age, and had slight rust . I watched unit cycle upon start up inducer motor was very very loud, amps still were in range but the sound was not good. I checked blower amps as well all within range. Brought my findings to homeowners attention made her aware of its age and gave solutions and mentioned benefits of replacing system. She agreed, wants to get a quote if front office could send comfort advisor Pics in ST.

Refrigerant levels are perfect and defrost mode is good. Both systems heating mode are operating properly at this time

Main level furnace control board is intermittently failing. At times ignition sequence is normal and furnace will light and operate however other times just before the gas valve is to get voltage the board stops operations and restarts from beginning of the ignition process. Accurate estimate for furnace control board replacement will be provided Monday. Our office will reach out to customer with estimate and schedule repair depending on part availability.
