The low voltage were came lose in the back of the thermostat so I put it back in to the Thermostat. In the system came on and started to heat and work like it’s supposed to.

Please see pictures. Found the outdoor fan motor to be locked up with burnt windings. I also found the evaporator coil to be extremely dirty. Due to the age of this system and its condition it is recommended to replace. We will not repair such an old and dirty system.

I performed a heating maintenance on two heat pump air handler I replaced both 20x20x5 filters I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rise and checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitors everything is in good working order at this time.

Installed return in unfinished storage room. Installed outdoor unit sensor clip assembly. Provided customer with printed copy of Econet thermostat booklet. Today also performed maintenance on both systems. Replaced both 20x20x5 filters. Filters were on site next to airhandlers. Cleared and treated drain lines. Inspected electrical connections and components. Inspected refrigerant levels. Both systems are operating properly at this time.
