NorcrossGA30092 33.9725-84.2575Completed one ccm maintenance on gas furnace located in attic i checked thermostat operations I checked zoning system I checked exhaust and gas line, did not change filter as it was good did inform her would need to be changed every 6 months. I pulled and cleaned flame sensor I cleared pressure tube inspected overall cleanliness of unit as well as blower watched cycle getting inducer amps and blower amps, system is operating normally at this time.
I performed a heat maintenance on a single gas furnace I replaced the 16x25x5 filter I cleaned and checked the the heat sensor and checked the heat exchanger and checked all electrical components.
5 ton trane package unit. 208-230 3 phase electrical. Ductwork inside includes 12 inch 40+ foot run that splits into two 8 inch and one 4 inch supplies. Return is I believe 14 inch and runs 40+ feet directly to a 14x25 grill in front entrance. Brandon will create estimates for including supplies for the back area and running exhaust for some equipment.
Made necessary repairs to large exhaust fan. Used scissor lift to replace belts 2 pcs 5L-600. Photo of Belt uploaded. Exhaust fan is operating properly.

Checked 1 zoned system operation. System operating properly. Mold issue is from unit being in hot attic and it’s causing unit to sweat which eventually will grow mold. Advised to use bleach mixed with water to eliminate growth.
Found slime ball obstructing drain at evaporator coil outlet. Obstruction caused water to overflow pan. Cleared evaporator drain line in both directions. Both into the evaporator coil and flushed drain line leaving evaporator coil. Vacuumed water from pan and allow the system to resume operation. System is cooling normally.
Unit slightly low on refrigerant due to plastic caps leaking at suction line Schrader port. Added 2 lb 407c to system and repaired Schrader and added brass caps with o rings and thread sealant. System is cooling.
Estimate
Could not diagnose system because customer has nothing but pallets in front of furnace. Customer will be calling us to reschedule once they move the pallets. Roof access is in middle of building code- 6649 and need a 12ft step ladder for furnace. Pics uploaded
