Second bi-annual maintenance visit for a Comfort Club Member. Checked heating operations of system. Replaced filter, checked capacitor output and amp draw. Test trigger safety switches, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. System is operating properly at this time. Customer is also interested in full system replacement but wants to wait until the spring for a quote.

Test triggered safety switches, defrost modes, and cleared drain lines. Systems are operating properly at this time.
Technician performed two full system heating maintenance which includes indoor furnace. Technician checked all electrical components for amp draw, mfd, and all high and low voltage connections. Technician checked blower wheel and exhaust fan. All pressure and safety switches were checked and tested. Filter was changed and dated for home owner. Technician removed and cleaned burner track and sanded ignition stick. Heat exchangers were surveyed and no cracks were found. Over all condition of furnace is in manufacturing specifications and safety codes.
Checked operations and the capacitor was bad on the outdoor unit. Replaced the capacitor and all operations system is operating properly at this time.
Technician install damper and it increased airflow in the bedroom exponentially. Technician believes this has fixed the issue. Homeowner requested that all of her thermostats be switched to programmable. Technician change them to programmable thermostats and provided a user manual for the customer

wire at breaker was loose causing it to trip. Wire is now tightened and unit is now working properly
