I performed a one time maintenance on a gas furnace I looked at all the low-voltage checked the blower motor treated and blew out the drain line. Check the charge the capacitor and washed outdoor system off. Everything is running and performing like it supposed to.

30+ year old air handler located above ceiling has rusted through and is leaking water into the building. Also 20 year old condenser on roof has a bad condenser fan motor, and Contactor. R22 refrigerant. Our official will contact property owners or responsible person’s with options to move forward.

2012 ICP AC not working because of a shorted thermostat. Customer approved the GOOD option with just the thermostat replacement. System is now working properly. 14x25x1, pics uploaded Has a 1yr warranty on part

Replace blower motor and blower wheel. Completed. Replaced blower motor and blower wheel on indoor furnace servicing left side of main church. Completed start up on the outdoor unit that we installed. Charged system to correct factory sub cool requirements. System is currently cooling an manufacturer’s specifications.

Access was denied . This will have to be rescheduled through our office. There is only access to the thermostats in each store. Security and mall management will not allow us on the roof or into electrical rooms to work. There was no notice from the customer of required paperwork needed to work on site. The stores will have to be added to our insurance and forms filled out to be submitted for approval through mall management before work is allowed. Customer is responsible for the diagnostic fee. I called the main number on file, did not get an answer but I left a voicemail.
