Performed maintenance on two rooftop package units. Replaced all filters. Carrier unit uses four pieces 16 x 16 x 2 and has a aX 41 belt. Belt was tightened on this visit. Carrier unit is doing OK. The older York unit was frozen but I believe that was due to a dirty filter. York utilizes 20 x 22 x 2 filter and has no belt is direct drive. Instructed owner to turn that unit off overnight and leave the fan on to make sure it gets to the defrosted thoroughly. Customer is interested in having an estimate for maintenance program.
