I am very satisfied with the service I received from Comfort Solutions tech Chris. He was friendly, professional, and through.
Tech left sump pump unplugged, no A/C after a few days. Had to figure that out myself. This after spring maintenance and over $400 fan motor replacement this week!

We sincerely apologize about this. The tech had unplugged the sump pump to charge his battery and made the error of forgetting to plug it back in. This was a case of human error. Please call us if you have any issues. We will come back and rectify the situation no matter the time. I found Comfort Solutions through a family recommendation. They are absolutely amazing from the first call into the office to the job completion. We were with a big name company, that you hear on the radio, but after a couple of expensive recommendations and finding out things that Comfort Solutions includes on their yearly maintenance plan, that the big company wanted extra for, we are 'firing' the big company and switching to comfort Solutions. They truly have been a blessing and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.
