Great experience. In dealing with John
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Comfort Solutions tech Chris. He was friendly, professional, and through.
Tech left sump pump unplugged, no A/C after a few days. Had to figure that out myself. This after spring maintenance and over $400 fan motor replacement this week!
Response from Comfort Solutions:
We sincerely apologize about this. The tech had unplugged the sump pump to charge his battery and made the error of forgetting to plug it back in. This was a case of human error. Please call us if you have any issues. We will come back and rectify the situation no matter the time. We strive to ensure our customer's are completely satisfied and happy with our services and we do apologize for this issue.
The technician (Dennis, You Rock!) that arrived was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone.
I found Comfort Solutions through a family recommendation. They are absolutely amazing from the first call into the office to the job completion. We were with a big name company, that you hear on the radio, but after a couple of expensive recommendations and finding out things that Comfort Solutions includes on their yearly maintenance plan, that the big company wanted extra for, we are 'firing' the big company and switching to comfort Solutions. They truly have been a blessing and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.
Technician performed one full system heating maintenance which includes indoor furnace. Technician checked all electrical components for amp draw, mfd, and all high and low voltage connections. Technician checked blower wheel and exhaust fan. All pressure and safety switches were checked and tested. Filter was changed and dated for home owner. Technician removed and cleaned burner track and sanded ignition stick. Heat exchangers were surveyed and no cracks were found. Over all condition of furnace is in manufacturing specifications and safety codes. Heat pump coils were cleaned and charge checked. Heat pump coils were washed and charge was checked, also armor flex on outside unit was replaced, do to bad weathering on flex. Capacitor on air handler was reading 3.6 needed to be reading 5, technician replaced capacitor.
Unit is not cooling properly because of a bad ecm blower motor. I’ve already ordered the motor and it will be at mingledorffs Lithia springs 10am Tomorrow (9-15-20). Customer is also interested in a new unit but wants to talk to wife first on either going with the motor or system replacement but he will let us know in the morning
Gave an estimate to replace the upstairs system, they do not want to finance they are paying in full.
