Great experience. In dealing with John
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Comfort Solutions tech Chris. He was friendly, professional, and through.
Tech left sump pump unplugged, no A/C after a few days. Had to figure that out myself. This after spring maintenance and over $400 fan motor replacement this week!
Response from Comfort Solutions:
We sincerely apologize about this. The tech had unplugged the sump pump to charge his battery and made the error of forgetting to plug it back in. This was a case of human error. Please call us if you have any issues. We will come back and rectify the situation no matter the time. We strive to ensure our customer's are completely satisfied and happy with our services and we do apologize for this issue.
The technician (Dennis, You Rock!) that arrived was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone.
I found Comfort Solutions through a family recommendation. They are absolutely amazing from the first call into the office to the job completion. We were with a big name company, that you hear on the radio, but after a couple of expensive recommendations and finding out things that Comfort Solutions includes on their yearly maintenance plan, that the big company wanted extra for, we are 'firing' the big company and switching to comfort Solutions. They truly have been a blessing and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.
Used high-pressure gas to blow out condensation line coming from attic furnace. Reattached drain line to the furnace and treated with two treatment tablets. Reattached vinyl tubing for another system that was broken. Reattached both vinyl tubing‘s for the two other systems to the main drain line using silicone.
Maintenance/tune up completed in Kennesaw Ga
Performed inspection on two furnace units both in the attic, treated both drain lines and change the 14 x 25 filter, checked both capacitors on blower motors, recommend changing capacitor on older system. Performed inspection on outdoor condensing units, checked refrigerant and capacitors, checked fan and compressor amps, cleared both drain lines out with a vacuum. Both units are performing as they should at this time. Added clear caulk around boot to stop condensation.
After meeting with customer and discussing the work that needed to be done, I called Patrick and discussed the situation with him. He agrees that the situation needs to be handled differently. Patrick has set up an appointment personally with the customer. No work has been done today and there will be no charge for today’s visit.
