Completed single system single visit cooling maintenance. Customer uses a washable filter at the air handler. Cleared and treated drain line. Checked all electrical components on indoor and outdoor units. Cleaned outdoor unit coil and checked charge. System is showing age but is currently cooling at manufacturers specifications.

System can handle a 18x20x1 filter at the air handler filter rack. Customer is currently only using a washable filter in the bigger return but nothing in the bedroom returns so air is not fully filtered Completed single system cooling maintenance. Cleared and tread rain line. Checked all electrical components on indoor unit. Checked all electrical components on outdoor unit,cleaned coil and checked charge. Found system low on r22 refrigerant with a low temperature drop across the indoor coil. Customer approved to a on pound of 407 refrigerant. Barge improved and got above freezing. Discussed issue with us timer and leak search options. Also discussed change out options. Customer wants to go with basic repairs at the moment.

I performed a maintenance on a single gas furnace checked the low voltage and blower motor and compaster. I checked the system out side and it was empty I put 5 ponds of 410a in the system checked the compaster. The system is running and cooling like it should be

Put in a 16 x 25 by one filter cleaned off flame sensor checked capacitors check voltage on fan motor and check voltage on inducing motor
