System not cooling service call completed in East Point Ga
Customer completed CCM form today for single system. Performed first maintenance today. Replaced 16 x 25 x 1 filter. Filter was very dirty and I believe this was the reason the unit was failing to perform properly. Inspected electrical connections and components on both the furnace and outdoor unit. Cleared and treated drain line. Washed outdoor condensing unit coil. Inspected refrigerant level. Refrigerant level is good at this time. System is now cooling properly.

System not working properly because of a dirty filter and a clogged drain. I made repairs and system is now cooling properly. Made tenant aware to change the 16x25x1 filter every 2 months or less. Rodger is not answering the phone so I will be sending invoice to email Pics uploaded
Performed tune up on system in East Point Ga.
Performed single system maintenance. Replaced 16x20x1 filter located at bottom of airhandler. Treated evaporator coil with self rinsing evap cleaner and sanitizer. Treated condensate removal pump with chlorinated tablets. Inspected electrical connections and components both in airhandler and outdoor condenser unit. 45.5 capacitor replaced last year is still at proper rating. Inspected refrigerant level in heating mode 45° outdoor ambient temperature, refrigerant level is good at this time. Also used water hose to gently clean outdoor condenser unit. System is operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival found that the unit would not go into cool mode. Found the fuse blown at the circuitboard at The furnace unit. Found control wires going to the outdoor condensing unit frayed and chewed up. The chewed up wires are signs of animal biting. This caused a short in those wires. Estimate created for repair and to replace the 5 inch thick media filter. Completed maintenance and inspection after repairs. The system functions normally after repairs.
Install all new R8 flex duct work, new supply and return plenums. 5†filter
Technician performed one full system heating maintenance which includes indoor furnace. Technician checked all electrical components for amp draw, mfd, and all high and low voltage connections. Technician checked blower wheel and exhaust fan. All pressure and safety switches were checked and tested. Filter was changed and dated for home owner. Technician removed and cleaned burner track and sanded ignition stick. Heat exchangers were surveyed and no cracks were found. Over all condition of furnace is in manufacturing specifications and safety codes but will need to be replaced soon due to age.
