DouglasvilleGA30135 33.7175-84.765We needed a 2nd opinion & Nathan came the very next day to evaluate our home's HVAC system. He found the same issue as the 1st guy - but gave us a much better rate. Nathan was very polite and easy going. Great customer service and care! He explained everything so that we could understand. This is a great company and they have great people working for them (like Nathan). We do highly recommend them. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!

DouglasvilleGA30134 33.7975-84.8325Completed one ccm maintenance on two gas furnaces located in attic i checked thermostat operations checked gas and exhaust to ensure they were safe to operate i changed and dated 2 16x25x1 filters for homeowner. I pulled and cleaned flame sensors I cleared pressure tubes I checked both capacitor mfds. I inspected overall cleanliness of both units and blowers. Upstairs unit had slight rust in the bottom, from previous water. I watched units cycle got inducer amps and blower Amps for both. Systems operating normally at this time. Pics in ST
Completed two system ccm maintenance on two gas furnaces i inspected thermostat operations, changed 2 14x25x1 filters, and inspected gas and exhaust. I pulled and cleaned flame sensors, cleared pressure tubes, and checked capacitor mfds, inspected overall cleanliness of systems and blower and all heating components systems are very old I watched units cycle got inducer amps and blower amps all within system specs, although downstairs system inducer motor made strange noise upon start up and shutting off, and systems were very dusty and old . Sat with homeowner and brought my findings to her attention, discussed a replacement on one if not both recommended getting quote, she agreed but informed me since they just moved they probably would not purchase one at this moment. 2020 main level Rheem furnace is working properly at this time. Customer stated that system would short cycle sometimes. I did recommend a tune up for the furnace because flame sensor most likely had a build up of carbon but customer declined. Has been over a year since system was serviced. 16x25x5, pics uploaded
I performed a heating maintenance on a single gas furnace Ac unit I did not replace the 20x20x1 filter at this time it is still in good condition I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rise and checked the heat exchangers and checked the gas pressures and checked and cleaned the flame sensor everything is in good working order at this time.
I performed a heating maintenance on two heat pump air handler units I replaced both 16x20x1 filters I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rises and checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitors everything is in good working order at this time.
Perform inspection and maintenance on one basement heat pump unit and one outdoor condensing unit. Filter did not need to be changed this visit. Treated drain line and condensation pump. Checked emergency heat strip function. Checked blower amperage. Checked functionality of UV light. Check outdoor condensing unit fan motor amperage, capacitors, and Freon level
I performed a heating maintenance on three gas furnaces one in the attic and two in the basement I replaced all three 16x25x1 filters I checked all electrical components and checked all temp drops and cleaned all drain lines.
BOH system has accumulated too much water in drain line. This is due to drain not having enough fall. The FOH system is overworking itself due to the other furnace not helping. It is highly recommended to fix BOH drain.
I performed a heating maintenance on a single gas furnace Ac unit I replaced the 20x25x5 filter I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rise and checked the heat exchangers and checked the gas pressures and checked and cleaned the flame sensor everything is in good working order at this time.
Completed one ccm maintenance on air handler heat pump I checked thermostat operations, found one unresponsive thermostat and another one had to be shook around just to get system to respond. Checked zoning system, changed one 16x20x5 that customer provided I checked emergency heat strip amps and blower amp checked overall cleanliness of system. Outside I checked capacitor mfd, fan motor amps and Freon in heating mode. System was operating as it should other than thermostats. I brought thermostat to landlords attention she agreed to change them out, new T4 thermostats installed system operating normally at this time. Pics in ST.
