I would recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone looking for a quality HVAC contractor!
We needed a 2nd opinion & Nathan came the very next day to evaluate our home's HVAC system. He found the same issue as the 1st guy - but gave us a much better rate. Nathan was very polite and easy going. Great customer service and care! He explained everything so that we could understand. This is a great company and they have great people working for them (like Nathan). We do highly recommend them. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!
The repairman was very polite and explained to me what was going on with my system, gave me my options and fixed my air swiftly.
I have used comfort solutions for years. They are honest, fare, and very trustworthy company. I would highly recommend them for any A/C or heating repairs.
Today technician made adjustments to the emergency pan bringing it over slightly so that it fully covers underneath The refrigerant lines and entire evaporator coil. Fully insulated refrigerant lines so that they do not sweat and drip condensate. Verified proper adjustment of evaporator coil so that it drains properly. Ran system thoroughly while on site to verify proper drainage. Some moisture still remains an emergency pan and this will evaporate over several days. Technician found small amount of water from flue piping and after searching it would appear that the cap is missing. Due to height and slant of building a roofer is recommended. If the flu cap is not present this will bring water in during rains. Photos have been uploaded. Warranty return visit, no charge.
System still running fine she said she hasn’t heard it kick on and dint think it was working but the home was satisfied at 68 degrees.
Replaced evaporator coil and air handler control board under full parts and labor.
Couldn’t find any issues with system. Customer stated that she just cleaned the filter and replaced batteries in thermostat. Checked all low voltage wiring, zone board, safety switches, zone damper operation and checked refrigerant charge. System operating properly. If problem happens again, will credit $48 towards repairs if problem happens within the month.
Install new Honeywell 24v damper motor for upstairs zone.
Leveled system so that condensation will drain properly
I checked the system again for leaks and found it leaking in the wall I was able to cut it open and repair it. I recharge the system with Freon, System is now operating properly at this time.
