Customer stated after unit was making noise upon further inspection it seem to be quiet for me when testing it I assume it was happening during the defroster mode everything is operating normal at this time
Customer is on our monthly plan. I performed a maintenance on one 2.5 ton heat pump system. Cleared and treated drain line, checked amps for auxiliary heat, blower, compressor, and outdoor fan. Capacitor output is in range, and refrigerant levels are also in range. Customer had recently replaced filter so i left the 16x20x1 filter with system to be used at next filter change. System is operating properly at this time.

Warranty- main Rheem duel fuel system not working because heat pump had a loose wire nut for defrost board. I made corrections and system is now working properly (did not charge because tech who did maintenance may have accidentally bumped into it). I also checked the upstairs system which is working properly. I also changed filters 16x20x5, 20x25x1. Pics uploaded CHECK NOTES

Warranty- replaced T6 for downstairs Rheem furnace and system is now working properly. 2-16x25x5. Pics uploaded
1 system ccm-Checked heating operations of system. Replaced filter, checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, triggered safety switches, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. system is operating properly at this time. Customer provides filter Customer also noticed a lot of lint in attic which is because dryer vent was not connected when house was built. I gave customer quotes on pipe replacement in attic and also to clean existing pipes running to dryer. He will be thinking about it. Pics and materials uploaded
