Warranty parts and labor 2 T6 thermostats have failed. Blank screens and warm to the touch. 26 Volts present at both. Replaced both thermostats one in the master bedroom downstairs and one right at the top of the stairs, upstairs. I believe recent construction of new homes in the area may have caused a power fluctuation that resulted in the thermostats failing. After thermostats were replaced, both systems returned to operating normally.
