Customer stated that upstairs 2007 ICP AC is not maintaining temperature during the day. I checked the refrigerant levels, air flow, amp drawls, 14x20x1 filter is still clean, and system is draining. Thermostat is in the bathroom and return grille is on the other side of home. Made customer aware that system is aging but they could try a Wi-Fi thermostat with a sensor to place by return grille. Pics uploaded Customer would also like quotes to reroute existing 6” pipe for the hood vent and add a dryer vent. Sending invoice to email for payment

Installed new condensate removal pump. Under warranty parts and labor. Filled pump with water and tested for proper operation. Pump is operating normally removing water, then shutting off with no backflow. Some sound of the condensate pump operating is normal when it is actively removing water.
