I got home from work at 8:30 p.m. and an issue within my unit cause my house to be 86 degrees. With one call, John Rice was over in less then 30 minutes. John was able to diagnose the issue and explain it to me in laymans terms so i was better able to understand the issue. John restored the A/C and scheduled to come out to repair the faulty parts first thing in the morning. John was kind, professional, and apologetic about the issues and how it effected my family. I would recommend John and the Comfort Solutions team to anyone who asked. Thanks again John.CarrolltonGA 33.58-85.0775

Inspected system outdoor unit during cooling operation. Inspected refrigerant level. Cleaned outdoor condensing unit. System is operating properly at this time..
No Power to system, seized draft, inducer assembly causes breaker to trip. Anytime thermostat is set to heating mode. Because draft inducer assembly has not been replaced today, it has been disabled by removing the wires that connect to it. After wires were removed, power was turned back on to the system and system is cooling. Heat will not operate until repairs are made but cooling at this time is working.
Warranty- installed dryer vent for upstairs. Pics uploaded
Performed 1 zone system cooling maintenance. Replaced 1-20x20x1 filter. System is clean and operating properly.
