Arrived to replace flame sensor, determined it was not flame sensor but bad control board causing furnace to short cycle, will order part in morning if front office could remind me estimate built in service titan unsure if Matt already charged diagnostic fee so if not 98 will still need to be charged and dependent on price of board 100 or so dollars will need to be added to estimate informed customer of this as well, will email office that information once board is ordered.
Diagnose bad flame sensor for Goodman Furnace
Warranty- installed grilles that was on site. We will need to return to install the rest for main and pool house. Gate code- 1170 Pics and materials uploaded, get with Kyle on what type of grilles
Performed inspection on air handler changed out 20 x 20 x 5 filter check voltage on heat strips checked amperage on fan motor and checked capacitor on heat pump outside everything seems to be operating normal at this time

RTU number two show room thermostat located near front closest to road has a combination of issues. Issues including main control board, Compressors, and acidic refrigerant. System has had multiple repairs including compressors, leak repairs, and wiring issues. Replacement is recommended. Small split unit marked HP 7 has a blown 15 amp fuse as a result of its compressor failure. System refrigerant pressure appears low. R22 system with significant age. Again due to major issues and condition replacement is recommended. Split System marked HP6 Currently has a bad condenser fan motor. Also there is no low-voltage coming back from indoor air handler indicating problem with the indoor section. Further evaluation of the indoor section and diagnostics will be required to determine systems full extent of problems. Split system marked HP2 Has a blown FLSR 40. 600vac fuse. Left side closest to wall condenser fan motor is seized. This left side is circuit number one on this system therefore it
