Capacitor and fan motor replacement for heat pump main floor
Lower level system not cooling. Found Bad capacitor and condenser fan motor. Most likely the capacitor failed first and the motor continue to attempt to operate overheating until it failed. Capacitor has been replaced and fan motor will still not operate. New motor will be ordered and office will schedule return visit for installation. Estimate will also be created and provided for replacement of the capacitor and fan motor.

Relocated float switch to the corner of the pan that is filling up first. Also added a small amount of silicone to the pan it would appear that there may be a small pinhole. Cleared drain line and inspected system operations. Refrigerant level is good and unit is cooling quite well. Adjustments made today will prevent further issues.
