Installed new Lennox 2.5 ton evaporator coil for upstairs air handler. Coil still under part warranty, labor and refrigerant charge only. System is now working properly. Pics uploaded
Upon arrival upstairs system not cooling properly, checked refrigerant levels and found system to be low on refrigerant. Performed electronic leak search and found leak in evaporator coil. Will be ordering coil from Lennox lithia springs. Filled system with 3 lbs of r410a refrigerant and system is cooling at the moment. 1 lb of refrigerant covered under membership. System is still covered under parts warranty until 10-19-2026
2 system tune up- Checked operations of the air conditioning systems. Replaced filters, checked amp drawls and capacitor outputs, checked delta T, cleared drain lines, checked refrigerant levels and cleaned outdoor condensing coils. Systems are operating properly at this time. 16x20x4,16x25x4, pics uploaded CHECK NOTES Zone first damper motor was also replaced for the main level system. Has a 1yr warranty on part Customer wants to wait to sign up for a membership
New 1 system CCM- Checked operations of the 2005 Carrier air conditioning system. Replaced filter, checked amp drawls and capacitor outputs, checked delta T, cleared drain, checked refrigerant levels and cleaned outdoor condensing coil. Arrived and discussed issue with customer. Found emergency drain pan full and unit shut off from the float switch safety. Diagnosed bad zone damper motor for main floor. Air filter was dirty and replaced with customer provided filter. Dirty filter and bad zone damper motor are causing the suction pressures to drop after running overtime. I cleared water out of the emergency drain pan. I discussed estimate options and maintenance programs with the customer.
Arrived and discussed issue with customer. Diagnosed bad 30/5 dual capacitor for the outdoor unit. System was left on and compressor was in thermal lockout. Due to no hose bib I had to run the outdoor unit with only the fan to cool the compressor. System came on after compressor cooled down. System is currently cooling the house. I also discussed our maintenance programs with the customer.
On arrival, homeowner told me about an issue with first and second floor thermostats going blank and then overnight coming back on. Diagnose clogged drain line for the condensation pump for first and second floor unit. I brought my diagnoses to the customers attention and proceeded with repairs. Replaced condensation tubing and cleaned fitting at drain connection. Completed to system cooling maintenance. Replaced 16 x 25 x 5 filters provided by homeowner. Checked electrical components on indoor and outdoor units, cleared drain lines, treated condensation pump, cleaned outdoor units and checked charge. Systems are currently operating at manufacturer specifications.
I performed a heating maintenance on two heat pump air handler I replaced both 16x25x4 filters I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rises and checked the Freon levels and checked capacitors everything is in good working order at this time.
