The system is running good and operating like it should be the condensation line has water around it explained to her it’s a good thing to have lots of water coming out
Performed inspection on air handler inside crawlspace, change filter in blew out drain line, checked all motor amps, performed inspection on outdoor condensing unit, checked refrigerant levels in all electrical components, system is clean and operating to specifications at this time.
Changed 20 x 20 x 1 filter in ceiling grill, will need 6 foot ladder to access scuttle hole inside bedroom closet, blew out drain line and treated drain line and checked blower motor amps, blower amps were slightly hard but nothing too crazy, performed inspection on outdoor condensing unit, checked refrigerant levels in all electrical components, performed condenser wash, system is clean and operating as it should at this time.
Found outdoor unit in high pressure lockout. Tested capacitor 45/10 capacitor is good. Reset lockout and tested system very dirty condenser coil causing refrigerant pressure to run high. Cleaned outdoor condenser coil with chemical and water. System is now cooling. Operating pressures ok.
Added 2 lbs of refrigerant to system. Couldn’t get inside to check filter. Unit was running at arrival and I was able to check outside unit. Low on refrigerant.
Warranty parts and labor Replaced air handler blower motor. Tested system operations and zoning. System continues to run now and is not stopping and bringing up a code like it was before. System is cooling normally. Control board not opened and will be returned.
Warranty parts and labor Air handler blower motor shutting down after brief start not getting to full speed then sets blower motor fault code. Air handler blower motor and board will be ordered. Motor will be replaced first. System tested and board replaced only if needed. Office will reach out to customer to schedule return visit when parts are available.
Maintenance/Tune Up completed in Bowden Ga
I performed a cooling maintenance on a single gas furnace Ac unit I replaced the 16x25x1 filter I checked all electrical components and checked the temp drop and checked the condensate pump and I checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitor and cleaned the condenser everything is in good working order at this time.
Installed new evaporator coil and charged system with r410a refrigerant
